Brand Sales Director ENORTH (ENOVIA/NETVIBES/EXALEAD)

You will be in the heart of our business responsible for some of our key brands to continue our journey to fulfill our purpose to provide business and people with 3DEXPERIENCE universes where they can imagine sustainable innovations capable of harmonizing product, nature, and life.
What will your role be?
- Responsible for developing and leading the Brand Sales team in EURONORTH to develop a sustainable business on his/her assigned territory.
- Manage 5 sales persons to drive revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction for the CSE channel
- Be accountable to execute based on VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework
- Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE platform as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships (IFWE Loop) and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.
- You will be responsible for a team of sales experts representing ENOVIA, NETVIBES and EXALEAD.
- ENOVIA – “Plan your Definition of Success”; ENOVIA is our dedicated innovation and business management application. It allows teams to collaborate and manage their workflow in real time. It allows everyone involved in a project – from product design teams to product managers, engineers and end-users – to have a shared, common view (“one single source of truth”) on project planning, compliance and progress.
- NETVIBES “See What’s Happening”; NETVIBES allows companies to monitor and manage all data sources across their internal systems and the social Web (apps, RSS feeds, Twitter, Facebook), all in one single dashboard and accessible anywhere, anytime, on all devices. The result is faster and better decision-making. NETVIBES technology was used to create the 3DDashboard available on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- EXALEAD “Reveal information intelligence”; Applying artificial intelligence, EXALEAD applications transform big heterogeneous data into profitable decisions. The insights gained help drive industry innovation, operational excellence and business performance. EXALEAD is also the search engine backbone of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform
- These brand are coming together to create experiences for our users on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and can be positioned in a prime sales model and a co-sell sales model leveraging our installed base, partners and selling direct.
The challenge ahead
- Player Manager that contributes and drives revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed annual plan
- Develop sales strategy and appropriate sales coverage on assigned territory
- Ensure stability of the installed base
- Build, lead and assess Brand Sales team to execute the sustainable revenue plan and foster talents development for maximum efficiency
- Most senior representative of the Brands in EURONORTH ensuring alignment between GEO and Brands
- EURONORTH spokesperson for the relevant brands
- Manage Brand Sales team to deliver an accurate forecast for 5 (Direct engagement) or 4 (Indirect engagement) rolling quarters and FY with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives. Pipeline and opportunity update is managed by team
- Lead business reviews with extended Brand Sales team to ensure proper execution in accordance with the LEVERAGE and VALUE ENGAGEMENT in line with customer engagement
- Manage and ensure ALC collection
- Ensure Quota Distribution to be distributed
- Foster and facilitate collaboration between Brand Sales team and 3DS & Client ecosystem to ensure sales success and customer satisfaction
- Contribute, review and approve engagement and/or account strategy based on VALUE ENGAGEMENT framework defined by Brand Sales team on their assigned accounts
- Initiate and lead some customer executive meetings to promote 3DS vision and demonstrate 3DS commitment to customer success
- Adopt and manage change management strategies within Brand Sales team
- Ensure Sales Experts use and fulfill My Client Engagement according to the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
- Ensure sales Experts act as the community manager of IFWE Engage and IFWE Exec communities (IFWE Loop framework)
Your key success factors:
- Proven experience in selling software or complex services driven solutions
- Previous experience from a Sales or Services background.
- Direct experience in a Brand Sales team/people management role is an advantage
- Demonstrate experience of forming strong engagement and interaction with C-Level executives, and managing alliances
- Hands on experience of applying business acumen, developing revenue generation strategies and forecasting future levels of business, and track key performance indicators.
- Demonstrable experience of being a Value Engagement practitioner, engaging on value and applying change management
- Demonstrate accountability, assume responsibility for the management of a business, shape organizational teams based on competencies and create a work atmosphere of continuous improvement
- Direct experience of applying the F!T Framework
- Current and previous experience of implementing strategic management goals, encouraging and driving innovation.
