BIOVIA Professional Services Operation Senior Manager

This is a global role within the BIOVIA Professional Services team with management responsibility. The candidate’s main role is to own (with his/her team) the overseeing the professional services daily operation, revenue and sales pipelines globally and provide sales guidance on the professional services offerings available to customers. The Professional Services Operations Manager works closely with geo leads and project managers and with staff from other departments within BIOVIA including Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Technical Support. The role will report to the BIOVIA VP of Professional Services.

What will your role be?

  • Serve as the point person for Geo Leads on all data relating to Professional Services
  • Become an expert on the use of our PSA System and maintain ownership of report production
  • Ensure 3DS PSA and other data sources are correct and up-to-date; identifying and correcting errors ahead of a review by the leadership team
  • Ensure weekly completion of timesheets and forecasting process identifying and highlighting patterns in data, indicating focus areas for delivery teams
  • Be proficient in P&L models and be the point of contact working closely with Finance team
  • Manage a team across globe
  • Generate & distribute weekly reports for BIOVIA professional services pipeline reports
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in the operational systems used to support Professional Services
  • Handle Proposal Deletions/Re-creations upon changes to project locations and re-linking 3DS CRM opportunities
  • Maintain and align key Proposal forecast attributes such as opportunity value, estimated close dates
  • Support Sales & Sales Operation inquires requesting copies of signed Services contracts
  • Track all site Modifications requests with weekly status reports
  • Support quarter end reconciliation of 3DS CRM
  • Perform data clean up and deletion of 3DS CRM opportunities
  • Own the contract negotiation with partners
  • Own and support on-boarding process for new employees

The challenge ahead

  • Work with Operations/SBA to ensure customer contracts can be closed/won
  • Submit signed paperwork to Order Management.
  • Work with Sales and Professional Services team to address and correct any issues preventing order processing
