Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate will be joining Industry Services (IS) Finance team of Dassault Systemes as FP&A for the APAC Region. 

Candidate will work with IS Geo leaders, owner of their P&L, their IS Geo Operations and IS delivery managers supported by IS APAS Senior FP&A

Candidate will team up as well with colleagues from other organizations in support of the business (Bid Management, Service WW organization, program directorate)

Reporting to WW IS FP&A Manager, candidate will business partner with the 5 IS Geos (Japan, China, Korea, India and AsiaPacific South) composing the region. The role will be

  • to assist and support the Geo leaders in piloting their P&L,
  • review, discuss and secure Services engagements and ensure the financial risks are mitigated,
  • contribute to plan and forecast the activity (short term / long term)
  • measure and monitor the financial performance of the scope, produce and analyze KPIs, and discuss action plan when needed

Qualifications

  • Business School or Master in Business Administration
  • 3 to 5 years of Experience
  • Successful experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partner or Business Planning / Modeling
  • Experience in a Service company will be a strong plus
  • Proficient in the use of planning tools and in financial modeling
  • Fluent in English ; Chinese and Japanese as a plus
  • Good communication skills, you enjoy sharing and learning from others
