What will your role be?
The Account Manager will be challenged to manage, nurture and develop existing installed base clients, targeting new opportunities for Spatial’s components and services within those businesses; potentially, penetrating new domains and applications/solutions, driving incremental revenue.
A strong candidate will be an experienced negotiator; comfortable with developing a vision and strategy to evangelize Spatial’s products, concepts and value proposition to internal and external stakeholders, embracing a consultative, value-based sales methodology; with a track record of transforming pipeline into accounts. Has the ability to define and develop strategic accounts plans. Will be someone who enjoys a challenge and is motivated by achieving company objectives through hard work, collaborating with co-workers and achievement from his/her individual sales contribution to Spatial’s world-wide team. The person in this position, will possess a winning attitude, ability to build trusted relationships/partnership, team spirit, ambition to achieve business objectives, and an eagerness to work and communicate with her/his Chinese and World-wide colleagues. This person is expected to grow their career with Spatial; will be considered for future growth opportunities within Dassault Systemes and Spatial.
Your key success factors
Bachelor degree (Engineering preferred)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in CAD/CAM/CAE/BIM/Additive Manufacturing/Metrology industries &/or software markets
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience selling technology to businesses (ISVs)
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of 3D Tools and technologies
Solid understanding of Value Selling
Understand software development process and business management issues
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and enter new markets
Has experience growing and developing their own pipeline
Ability to develop meaningful business relationships and work effectively with all levels of an organization
Ability and desire to work cross-functionally within the organization
Strong communications skills are essential including presentation skills
