The primary mission of the Client Exec is to define and monitor the client strategy for his/her assigned client(s) and its value network when appropriate, in order to achieve revenue target and growth objectives in concordance with 3DS Strategy.
Identify, Reveal & Articulate the customer business value through Industry Solution portfolio using VALUE ENGAGEMENT as the Value Selling Framework
Develop the trusted advisor relationship with Key Customer Executives to foster a sustainable partnership between both companies. Drive customer & Value Network enterprise business transformation. Establish strong entry barrier against competition.
Be accountable to engage systematically customer's transformation on value, through DS value driven framework, positioning and selling 3DS business consulting missions, and monitoring and delivering end-to-end business value.
Act as the team leader for all 3DS Ecosystem actors engaged in the account in alignment with strategy.
Leverage 3DEXPERIENCE platform through if we loop as our favorite channel for intimate clients’ relationships and align 3DS Ecosystem activities & deliverables.
What Will Your Role Be?
- Support the Sales Management in the context of the definition of the Geo Strategy and the realization of the sales planning
- Identify key customer challenges and drivers for transformation that could be addressed with 3DS solutions
- Define and update systematically the Client Strategy and all its Value Network (when appropriate) in the CRM My Client Engagement and the Customer Value Roadmap
- Sell on value through assigned offers from Industry and Brand Portfolio within a defined territory leveraging VALUE ENGAGMENT Framework
- Perform end-to-end sales engagements compliant with the DS sales referential while leveraging DS Platform as a communication channel both internally and externally.
- Provide Leadership around VALUE ENGAGEMENT, enabling connection of framework and consultative value selling engagement
- Build and develop trusted relationships at executive level and within all layers of client organization to ensure sustainable business intimacy between 3DS and customer
- Orchestrate 3DS teams, Partners (when appropriate) and/or C&SI as appropriate to lead the execution of the Client strategy to create leads then growth opportunities
- Provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives
- Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards
- Follow customer satisfaction during deployment
- In case of Cloud/SaaS projects, follow users deployment and adoption and take initiatives if slow deployment
- Contribute to best practices based on Lessons Learned (including Root Cause Analysis, Analytics, Loss reviews)
- Manage 3DS and Client ecosystems all along the customer experience to ensure global satisfaction
- Use and fulfill DS CRM My Client Engagement according the corporate guidance, making sure that data are up to date.
- Act as the community manager for communities animated through DS Platform.
- Own and Manage IFWE Loops for clients to target
