3DEXPERIENCE Platform Infrastructure Support

We are looking for 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Infrastructure Support engineer, with hands on experience on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Installation/Architecture/Infrastructure related issues, Performance, Database/Middleware related issues. We have a key mission to respond immediately in case of crisis situations and resolve issues on Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products to ensure smooth deployment/production run for our global Customers.

Role & Responsibilities

· Handle 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Installation/Architecture/Infrastructure related issues

· Debugging Performance issues, Database related issues occurring in Customer Production environment

· Critical Response time in case of Customer Crisis situations

· Work closely with customers and partners as situation demands to resolve issues quickly and ensure smooth deployment/production run

· Participate in customer calls on demand, demonstrating technical expertise and deliver enhanced value & satisfaction

· Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support

· Assist Local/Regional Customer Support Teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products

· Ensure Knowledge capitalization content creation at regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity

Qualifications/Experience

· B.E., B.Tech from premier institutions with good academic track records 60% through out in all academics with NO GAPS

· 2-4 years Experience in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Installation/Architecture implementation

· Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of Dassault Systemes CAD/PLM software

· Candidate should have hands-on experience in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform Installation/Architecture implementation

· Relevant IT Administration Experience in Database, OS (Windows/Linux), Middleware, Networking, Authentication and Hw/Sw Load-balancer, etc.

· Good English communication skills, both written and verbal required

· Must be able to help Customers and Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities

· Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
