As part of our sales team, the Services Sales Expert for our brand 3DExcite is responsible for developing customer relationship with accounts in the EURONORTH region, expanding the footprint of our technology based on software and services to support Digital Marketing activities.

Here you combine your communication skills and sociability with your enthusiasm for the latest technologies and trends in order to convince your customers of the value of our virtual twin technology, which guarantying full digital continuity from engineering world, allows reaching exceptional results in marketing fields.

This is done via CGI and high-quality real-time visualization throughout the product lifecycle and across all media channels.

You will look after existing customers, having also the responsibility to developing business on new ones, putting in actions the sales strategies, business approaches and tactics defined with EMEA Sales Director to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets; drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Advice on software and service solutions for all aspects of Digital Marketing and Commercial Virtual Twin definition
  • Provide with Technical Sales Team support to customers with the goal to keep them satisfied with the business's products/offerings.
  • Prepare and implement customer presentations and negotiate with their purchasing departments
  • Develop healthy customer relationship: work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their services and promote customer loyalty
  • Communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Qualifications/Experience

  • Professional experience as sales or technical sales in relation with big OEM’s
  • Expertise with IT and Digital Marketing departments of clients
  • Strong motivation and entrepreneurial spirit and excellent ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • High organizational skills, ability to work independently and to take initiatives
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of French and German is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
