What will your role be?
- The primary mission of the sales expert specialist is to support in achieving business goal on revenue target through software sales and service sales.
- Drive the business development with key customers with “customer first” mindset and alignment to 3DEXCITE growth strategy.
- Leverage sales portfolio of “DELTAGEN”, “3DEXPERIENCE Platform”, “Service consulting”, and “Content production” to fulfill customer needs and goals.
- Present proposal and negotiate sales contracts using Leverage process.
- Perform partial or end-to-end customer engagements from OPEN lead to CLOSE contract, with the DS Sales process.
- Maintain sales forecast and activities using My Client Engagement, DSX Client Care Order and DSX Finance..
- Promote the 3DS vision and Brand Promise. Sell 3DS value and strategic vision to get customer commitment on a long-term business transformation.
- Foster trust based relationship with Customer driving valuable partnership. Responsible for maintaining client relationship, account management and delivery management for Brand direct business.
