This document provides a correction to Foundation Hub 2022 SP1 HF13’s “BIOVIA_Foundation_2026_HF10_IFR1_Workbook_Lifecycle_Subscriber_Protocol_Instructions.pdf” document. We discovered below 2 issues in the previously released install instructions.
- On Page 1, Step 7 does not explicitly mandate a “Name” field to be set. The Administrator should set the Name Field to “HubSMTPConfiguration” while adding the Tagged Resource.
- On Page 3, Step 3 shows an incorrect value for the Path field. The Protocol path should be “Protocols/Database and Application Integration/Application Integration/Laboratory/Resources/Task Plan/Update Workbook Experiment State"
This correction ensures accurate implementation and should be followed for all future configurations. Existing setups may require review and adjustment if they were implemented based on the earlier guidance.
