Since 2007 Hermes Reply became Partner of APRISO Company acting as a System Integrator of FLEXNET MES Solution and continues today to be a System Integrator of the APRISO Platform in PartnerShip with Dassault Systèmes.
Its mission is to act as facilitator helping Customers to analyze their Business Processes and to design a proper MES Solution that can help them improving their Factory management.
Starting from the Requirement Analyses, Hermes Reply can design a complete Solution, based on APRISO Platform, integrating the Customer ERP with the Shop-Floor and covering all Business Processes like Planning and Scheduling, Execution, Traceability and Genealogy, Quality, Maintenance (both Preventive and Predictive) and Equipment Monitoring, and also proposing Big-Data management and analisys and BI functionalities to help Customer Decision Makers providing specific KPI and Dash-Board, based on the real data coming from the Factory behaviour.
Starting on January 2018, Hermes Reply has stated to dedicate a complete Business Unit to improve the Partnership with Dassault Systèmes and to grow together in Italian and EUROMED markets the MES Solution offering based on the APRISO Platform.
