TP - Sales Transaction Support Specialist

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Manage the software maintenance renewals in collaboration with the client executives and customers
• Prepare sales quotes and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the client executives and customers
• Provide sales support and identify key materials to support client executive
• Manage license keys with collaboration of the Key Management Center and customer
• Manage the Customer data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and deliver sales and forecast reporting

Qualifications: 

• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the software industry or a related field  
• Experience in sales process and tools
• Experience in leading change and managing projects
• Working with Finance systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
