Technical Portfolio Engineer (m/f/d) - CATIA Visual Validation & Mixed Reality
As a Technical Portfolio Engineer (m/f/d) - CATIA Visual Validation & Mixed Reality you will be part of a team that provides software applications, to transform the way products are designed, produced, supported and experienced, from the smallest objects up to the most complex aerospace rockets or even full cities.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of customer use cases and definition of new (+ enhancement of existing) product capabilities in collaboration with R&D development teams
- User experience, user interface & workflow definition
- Requirements definition for underlying technology (virtual reality, rendering technology, 3D design, simulation)
- Preparation & presentation of new technology / product capabilities
- Manage and report the status of requested developments and validate the implementation in context of the assessed customer use cases
Qualifications
- Skills with engineering 3D design software / CAD (CATIA or equivalent SolidWorks, PTC Creo, Siemens NX, …)
- Experience with at least one of the following: Augmented & Virtual Reality, Usability (UX) & HMI Design, Lighting & Perceived Quality, Artificial intelligence for image or 3D generation
- Experience in product definition or product or project management
- At least 5 years of professional experience (+ Bachelor / Master)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English (French & German are a plus)
