Du bist leidenschaftlich im Eventmanagement unterwegs und hast als Teamleiter Eventmanagement (m/w/d) Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams? Dann werde Teil unseres Marketing-Teams für Zentraleuropa und gestalte mit uns herausragende Eventformate – von großen Leitveranstaltungen bis hin zu innovativen Kundenevents. Die Stelle kann in München oder Stuttgart besetzt werden.


Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines kleinen Event-Teams (inkl. Coaching und Ressourcenplanung)
  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen – vor Ort, hybrid und virtuell
  • Steuerung interner und externer Partner sowie enge Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Markenkommunikation auf allen Events
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Event-Performance zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung und -kontrolle

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Eventmanagement, idealerweise auf Agentur- und Unternehmensseite
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
  • Organisationstalent mit ausgeprägtem strategischem Denken
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen und hybriden Eventformaten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften und externen Partnern
