Talent Acquisition Partner Trainee
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our international team. The Talent Acquisition team operates in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders across EMEAR. The team is committed to attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while continuously enhancing the candidate experience through innovative recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs.
Role & Responsibilities
In this role, the trainee will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR activities, supporting both operational recruitment processes and strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- Assisting in the implementation of international projects at headquarters level
- Supporting internal communication and Employer Branding activities in collaboration with the global Candidate Experience team (e.g., newsletters, talent pool management, EMEAR initiatives)
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partner in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job brief collection, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination and participation, and feedback management
- Contributing to the design, implementation, and management of new Talent Acquisition projects
Supporting local or South-East regional initiatives and programs Building and maintaining partnerships with universities and participating in career fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a proactive and motivated individual with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, eager to grow in an international environment.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in social media and digital communication tools
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (mandatory)
- Previous experience or exposure to HR is considered a plus
