Strategic Services Account Manager
About the Team:
You will report to the VP of China Sales and be responsible for presenting all professional services offerings, methodologies, and support structures to both new and existing accounts, as applicable. Your role will involve proactively collaborating with sales and professional services teams to ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on delivering high-quality services and outcomes for sponsoring clients or CROs.
Additionally, you will work closely with Medidata's cross-functional and global teams to drive the adoption of Medidata solutions and grow the professional services business.
Responsibilities:
- Sell our consulting or other professional services (e.g., Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM), eCOA or clinical research services/solutions);
- Develop new accounts or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel
- Level Description - Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of our goals and principles and in creative and ways
- Have complete knowledge of all company products and services and may be tasked with sales/development of new or strategic products
- Work on unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluate intangibles
- Exercise in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtain results. Create formal networks involving coordination among groups
- Develop new business opportunities or new areas
Qualifications:
- Typically requires 5 years related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically requires minimum of 2 years of clinical research field working experience.
- Good team collaboration and communication ability
