SIMULIA User Success Engineer (m/f/d)
- Provide high quality technical support on SIMULIA EMAG products to help our customers resolve day-to-day issues.
- Train users on the SIMULIA EMAG products and show them how to include simulation in their industry workflows.
- Effectively communicate the Dassault Systèmes SIMULIA solution value and technology.
- Capitalize on Knowledge: Create best practice & QA articles for the Knowledge Base.
- Document software errors and enhancement requests for R&D.- Contribute to feature development and testing in feature group meetings with product planning team and R&D.
- A strong interest in 3D electromagnetic simulation, engineering processes & simulation methods.
- Familiar with the design and analysis of Microwave and RF components.
- Experience in one or more of the following tools is advantageous: SIMULIA CST Studio Suite SIMULIA IVCAD Suite SIMULIA Manatee
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and comfortable discussing technical issues with others of varying levels of IT and engineering knowledge and experience. Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to discuss technical topics in German or other languages commonly used in Europe are advantageous.
- Good knowledge of numerical methods for CAE simulations.
- Excellent problem solving skills, also under time pressure.
