Sales Transaction Support
Role & Responsibiities
- Secure GEO Renewals (AxC + YxC) with Sales and Partners (FCST / Quotation / Key Management)
- Sales Pricier + Deal Structuring : Trusted Pricing & Deal Advisor for Sales
1. Renewal Management
- Proactively contribute to AxC & YxC renewals process, partnering with 3DS Sales and Partners
- Establish and optimize Renewal management processes to drive more accurate forecasting
- Monitor and manage Renewal Churn Rate
- Improve accuracy of Subscription Dashboard (3DS internal Dashboard for renewal FCST) through reliable data governance in CRM
- Enhance forecast accuracy by leveraging historical data and predictive analytics
2. Pricing Strategy & Governance
- Support deal structuring and pricing review to reduce internal bottlenecks and approval lead time, as Korea Sales Pricer
- Analyze historical discount data across industries, brands, and segments
- Provide data-driven pricing recommendations and commercial conditions
3. Data Analysis & Insights
- Collaborate with Sales to drive renewal growth through targeted promotions and actions
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance data
4. Process Optimization
- Simplify and streamline sales processes to improve overall efficiency and scalability
- Continuously identify improvement opportunities and drive operational innovation
- Ensure Sales has easy and timely access to necessary systems and data
- Automate repetitive tasks to enable Sales to focus on high-value customer engagement
5. Sales Enablement & Training
- Deliver ongoing training to improve Sales understanding of 3DS Pricing Policy and tools
- Support Sales teams in adopting pricing best practices and tools effectively
6. Others
- Respond to queries from Clients or Partners regarding all non-selling aspects of renewals, or any non-selling other questions (licenses start date alignment, legal request, questionnaire etc)
- Manage Installed Base : Change of Distributor (COD), License Transfer, Termination of Support (TOS), Termination of Licenses (STOP), Migration, Licenses Remix, Release Upgrade
- Manage License keys in collaboration with the Key Management Center - on time delivery of license keys
- Chase and support Back ALC recapture and reinstatement on Inactive and Dormant Clients
- Play an active role and help identify any extend opportunities upon contract renewal, inform Sales Team and work closely with them to ensure closing
- Follow and adhere to 3DS process including Opportunity Management, Data Quality and accuracy, Quotations and Forecasting
- To execute license contract taking into account Clients constraints or requests
- To issue renewal quote and associated documentation in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Renewal Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred); experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and forecasting methodologies
- Basic understanding of pricing concepts and commercial deal structuring
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes
