Role Description & Responsibilities

The SOE team at Dassault Systèmes is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to drive business growth in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) and Marine & Offshore (M&O) industries in East & South China. This role is pivotal in expanding 3DS penetration and ensuring sustainable revenue growth over the mid-to-long term.

Key Responsibilities:

l   Develop and secure executive buy-in from both 3DS leadership and customers on a Customer Value Roadmap for assigned accounts, targeting €5M+ incremental revenue growth per account over three years.

l   Establish and nurture trusted relationships at the executive level and across all layers of client organizations to drive long-term business success.

l   Collaborate with 3DS teams and C&SI partners to maintain a high-end consulting presence, fostering new growth opportunities.

l   Identify potential leads and convert them into tangible business opportunities.

l   Execute full sales engagements in alignment with the leverage process, exceeding revenue targets.

l   Provide accurate sales forecasts for quarterly (Q, Q+1, Q+2) and annual (FY) planning, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet business objectives.

l   Lead and manage negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes’ engagement processes (SBO, IOC, CLOSA, Revenue Recognition), local regulations, and ethical standards.

l   Oversee the 3DS and Client ecosystems throughout the customer experience, ensuring overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience:

l   Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering background is preferred.

l   Around 10 years of solution-selling experience in the IT industry.

l   Proven track record in sales performance and/or expertise in industrial software solutions for large accounts, especially within Aerospace & Defense, Marine & Offshore, and the defense industry.

l   High motivation and a passion for business development in strategic industries.
