Within the R&D department of 3DS OUTSCALE, the Cloud QoS team is responsible for ensuring the overall Quality of Service of the Cloud. To achieve this, the team defines qualification processes with a strong focus on customer usage at the core of its activities. Within the QoS team, the candidate will be responsible for: Setting up data sets representative of how our key customers use the Cloud Scripting customer scenarios as redwires Operating all our scenario metrics in an Observability or Change validation context Providing a constant and up to date status about the Quality of Service of our global Cloud

A new team is currently being created within the OUTSCALE R&D Operations division. The team’s objective is to provide a quality-oriented view based on customer scenarios. The goal is to improve the quality of IaaS services in line with the usage patterns of our key customers.

This position is based in Pune, India.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, with strong expertise in Boto3.

·       Work on Java and JavaScript-based implementations and integrations as required.

·       Monitor system performance and create dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, and Grafana k6.

·       Utilize AWS APIs and services, particularly S3, EC2, and ELB, for cloud-based operations and automation.

·       Work efficiently in a Linux environment with strong Bash scripting and basic networking knowledge.

·       Ensure high system quality, resilience, and customer satisfaction through proactive support and service-oriented approaches.

·       Analyze system metrics and measurements to improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.

·       Contribute creatively in building and enhancing the team’s processes, tools, and working environment.

·       Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational goals.
