役割・具体的な業務内容
- 日々のコミュニケーションやプロジェクトを通じて得られた知見を活用し、顧客固有の業務プロセスや品質要件に合わせたQA戦略を策定。
- 製造現場や開発チームからのフィードバックをもとに、テストケースや品質基準の最適化を推進。
- クラウドとオンプレミス環境の両方におけるパフォーマンス、セキュリティ、および互換性の検証
- 全てのバリューストリーム（例：車両開発、サプライチェーン管理、アフターサービス）に対し、QAの観点から継続的なサポートを提供。
- テスト結果、バグレポート、およびベストプラクティスを日本語および英語で文書化。
- テスト自動化スクリプトの開発やAI駆動のテスト手法の導入
求める経験・スキル・人物像（必須）
- ソフトウェアテスト経験3年以上（手動・自動テスト両方）。グローバルプロジェクト経験歓迎
- JavaScript/Python（テスト自動化用）。AI/MLの基礎知識（例：予測分析、自然言語処理）がプラス
- IRA、TestRail、Selenium、Postman、CATIA V5（ライセンス管理含む）
- 日常的なコミュニケーションや技術文書のやり取りができる程度の英語力
- 問題解決力、緊急時の対応力、グローバルチームとのコミュニケーション能力
- 自動車業界の製造プロセスやPLMに関する知識があれば尚可
