In order to support our constant growth, we are looking for an inspiring and passionate profile who will join the EMEA & INDIA Sales Business Administration team and become an expert of our ordering system.

You will operate in a complex and international environment, within a multicultural team of 50 people spread across France, Germany, the United Kingdom, and India. Your community is at the heart of a diverse ecosystem that includes all other Business Administration functions of the Group (legal, pricing, revenue recognition, credit, export control, etc.), our internal and external clients, partners, as well as counterparts based in America and Asia.

Role & Responsibilities:

Within the Sales Business Administration organization, you will be in charge of approving our software orders, support our customers & partners, managing the customer database, and deploying our On-Premise and Cloud solutions for the EMEA & INDIA Platform (Europe, Middle East, Africa & India).

As such, your main missions will be:

  • Support for business activities: Supporting sales teams and partners through service requests proposing solutions and securing monthly closings. 
  • Internal control: Guarantee the integrity of the customer database, compliance with sales processes and customer contracts, and ensure right first time delivery of our products (keys, media & cloud access).
  • Management of operational projects: Analyze business issues, propose resolution plans and execute them.
  • Management of operational flow: Support Geo - Localization and follow the sun operating models while developing automation and delegation to our shared services center for transaction processing.  
  • Transformation and project management: Participate in projects to improve tools and processes, deployment of new work methodologies, implementation of collaborative tools for monitoring operations

Qualifications:

·         Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business / Finance

·         Experience: 2 to 5 Years in the new technologies sector and/or order management in a complex international context.

·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, quickly grasps complex issues, and works collaboratively within a team environment.

·         Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, including crisis management and complex problem-solving, while working within demanding business environments and adhering to strict monthly closing deadlines.

·         Recognized for delivering high-quality, relevant analyses and insights, with a strong customer service orientation and business-focused mindset.

·         Demonstrates a strong interest in new technologies and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.
