Job Description & Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise the ordering system, control and approve Orders (POs) and Renewals (RNs) in compliance with 3DS policies and rules.
  • Train and advise Sales Organizations and Distributors in the execution of the Order To Cash (OTC) process.
  • Contribute to OTC process documentation and to the ordering tools evolution and testing.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using AI tools or open to learning and applying them quickly
  • Fast learner with a growth mindset, even without extensive prior experience
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated in learning and driving tasks forward
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • This position is a 6-month contract role, with a target start date in July 2025.
