Role description & Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer business challenges, operational workflows, and strategic goals.
  • Lead discovery workshops and "day in the life" sessions to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Develop pre-sales strategies highlighting both technical and business value propositions.
  • Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution value.
  • Support proposal development, ROI analysis, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, emphasizing DELMIA’s competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate across sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong academic record with relevant coursework, internships, or projects in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry practices.
  • Understanding of software/system implementation methodologies.
  • Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) or other digital manufacturing software.
  • Experience with industrial robotics simulation and programming is a plus.
