Industry Process Consultant - Customer Success

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Drive structured adoption programs for assigned customer accounts to increase active usage and engagement
• Execute regular user success sessions to identify workflow gaps and drive behavioral change 
• Guide end users to adopt key platform practices such as data management, revision control, and collaboration workflows etc
• Analyze customer usage patterns and identify barriers to adoption, proposing targeted actions to improve engagement 
• Articulate the business value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform through measurable outcomes such as increased active users and workflow efficiency
• Identify at-risk accounts with low engagement and take proactive actions to recover adoption momentum
• Contribute to scaling adoption programs by refining processes, tools, and methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• Up to 3 years of experience in 3D CAD product modeling and/or design (can consider Graduate)
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with SOLIDWORKS and/or 3DEXPERIENCE platform is an advantage 
• Fluent in English and any additional ASEAN language is a plus (Mandarin is highly preferred)
