Indirect Sourcing Specialist

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for professional use.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
• Has experience in performing RFx and contract negotiations.
• Open to feedback and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive approach, positive demeanor, and strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Procurement experience within a multinational or complex organizational structure.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and process optimization.
• Basic hard skills as Sourcing (collect data to perform RFP, execute and close RFP, contract negotiation)
• Basic data analysis skills to support procurement decision-making.
• Have studied or lived in overseas.
