役割・具体的な業務内容
- ライセンス、サポート・サービス、導入サービスなどの契約、秘密保持契約、代理店契約、その他ソフトウェアやクラウド関連の契約（英文契約がほとんどです）のドラフト・交渉。
- 日本及びアジア・パシフィック地域のその他の国のコーポレートのサポート。
- 法務チームのオペレーションの効率化のためのグローバルプロジェクトへの参加。
- ライセンス・コンプライアンスの紛争解決のサポート。
- 法務プロセス、コンプライアンスその他法務関連の研修の実施。
- その他、法的事項に関するアドバイスの実施。
求める経験・スキル・人物像（必須）
- 日本弁護士資格（海外の弁護士資格の場合は日本の大学の法学部を卒業していること）
- 弁護士実務経験（法律事務所・企業内を問わず、最低3年以上）
- 英語スキル（海外のグループ会社の社員と業務に関するコミュニケーションが取れる程度）
歓迎する経験・スキル
- 組織内弁護士の経験
- 知的財産、M&A、コーポレート案件の経験
- IT業界での法務業務経験
