CAD Presales Consultant (Grad)

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Support 3DEXPERIENCE/SOLIDWORKS SaaS implementation.
• Develop webinar contents to drive successful customer onboarding and platform adoption.
• Leverage our portfolio to re-engineer customer workflows and accelerate digital business transformation.
• Master 3DEXPERIENCE platform to align product capabilities with customer business needs.
• Contribute to increased deal size and contract closure through the execution of strategic pre-sales activities.
• Articulate business value with specific KPIs and KVIs to drive customer engagement to all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
• Maximum 4 years’ experience in 3D product modeling or design, fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Deep understanding in CAD/CAE data management.
• Fluent in English and one ASEAN language (Malay, Vietnamese, Thai).
• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and within complex organizations.
