慧舟软件技术(上海)有限公司成立于2005年8月，是由日本最大的技术解决方案供应商ARGO GRAPHICS INC与中国的日企技术解决方案供应商DNE共同出资组建、致力于为企业提供以计算机软硬件产品集成服务、行业应用解决方案、业务咨询顾问和各类IT技术服务为主的合资公司。

D&A Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in August, 2005. It’s a joint venture company between ARGO GRAPHICS INC (one of the largest Technology & Solutions Provider in Japan) and DNE Technology Co., Ltd. (a well-known Technical Service Provider for Japanese enterprises in China). Who has been dedicated in providing Computer hardware and software integration services, industry solutions, business consulting and various of IT services.
