SmarTeam Corporation and Integrity Systems Announce Worldwide Strategic Alliance

Integrity to deliver its SmartOnGuard monitoring and operations software to help SMARTEAM® customers maximize PLM benefits

Ramat Gan, Israel and Kfar Saba, Israel – September 15, 2003 – Integrity Systems, Ltd., a global leader in software development specializing in enterprise infrastructure software solutions, and SmarTeam Corporation Ltd., a Dassault Systèmes company (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) and leading provider of innovative product lifecycle collaboration solutions, today announced a partnership agreement to support SMARTEAM customers with SmartOnGuard, a new module in Integrity Systems' OnGuard operations and proactive monitoring software family for enterprise applications.

The new module, adapted especially for SMARTEAM, helps ensure 24/7 uptime of the SMARTEAM system by instantly identifying system issues that can affect application services, processes, databases, jobs, or other components of the SMARTEAM environment. The module provides administrators and support personnel with a set of tools for resolving such system problems before they impact on application availability and performance.
