Segula Technologies selects Dassault Systèmes’ SMARTEAM PLM Solution to Deploy its Key ‘Systeme Projet Segula’ Program

SMARTEAM will boost the efficiency of Segula’s teams around the globe by enhancing collaborative work and large engineering project management

Paris, France, February 15, 2006 – Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced that Segula Technologies, a leading French engineering consultancy, has selected SMARTEAM to manage its PLM platform.

Segula Technologies is investing in SMARTEAM to enhance its large project management services delivered to customers in the automotive, aerospace and industrial vehicles sectors, among others. The dedicated multi-site program management, workflow and multi-CAD digital model management components available with SMARTEAM will allow Segula Technologies to rise to new challenges and take a significant technological lead over its main competitors. These solutions will enable the firm to provide proactive project management support for customers and optimize its time/cost/quality deliverables.
