Delmia Corp. Announces 2003 Worldwide User Conferences

Auburn Hills, Mich. - May 21, 2003 - Global digital manufacturing solutions provider Delmia Corp., a Dassault Systèmes company (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), has announced its 2003 Worldwide User Conferences with the initial conference to be held at the Somerset Inn in Troy, Mich. on September 16-18. Other conferences will be held in Fellbach, Germany, October 15-16 and Tokyo, Japan, October 29-30.

The keynote presenter at the North American conference will be Richard E. Morley, of R. Morley, Inc. (Nashua, N.H.), futurist and author of "The Technology Machine: How Manufacturing Will Work in the Year 2020." Best known as the father of the programmable logic controller (PLC), Morley is a leading visionary in the field of advanced technological development. Featured speaker Bernard Charlès, president and CEO of Dassault Systèmes, will present the Dassault Systèmes PLM vision, DELMIA’s role in PLM, and the competitive advantages being gained by companies implementing PLM solutions.

Day two of the conference features presentations from users of DELMIA solutions in the automotive, aerospace, shipbuilding, defense and electronics industries as well as workshop tracks in automotive final assembly/body & white and aerospace. New to the 2003 conferences is an “Ask the Expert” session offering an opportunity for informal conversations and networking, allowing attendees to bring specific questions for discussion in a small group setting.
