Dassault Systemes welcomes a new Partner into the Software Community Program: AIKOKU ALPHA ENGINEERING CORPORATION.

   

 

Paris (France), 30 July 2001 – Dassault Systemes (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) announced today that AIKOKU ALPHA ENGINEERING CORPORATION has joined the Software Community Program (SCP) as Partner. Through this development partnership AIKOKU ALPHA ENGINEERING CORPORATION will develop, market and sell applications based on the V5 architecture, integrated and complementary to CATIA V5 solutions. <br/>

 

 

AIKOKU ALPHA ENGINEERING CORPORATION will develop on the V5 architecture a set of Post Processors to generate numerical control ISO code for 2 to 5 axis machines tools. Thus, customers from all Japanese industries will benefit from very easy-to-use and CATIA V5 integrated applications to generate highly reliable and comprehensive ISO code (Including linearization and optimum feed rate, automatic rotary table clamp, production times calculation and various conditions checking). Thanks to the V5 architecture, AIKOKU ALPHA ENGINEERING CORPORATION leverages and expands their unique manufacturing know-how for the benefice of the Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Machinery, Consumer Goods and E&E industries. The two marketed products called “Aikoku POST for 4 axis CAAV5 based”, which generates ISO code from 2 to 4 axis, and “Aikoku POST for 5 axis CAAV5 based” for 5 axis machine tools, complement the full CATIA V5 set of integrated manufacturing solutions covering from 2.5 axis to multi-axis surface and lathe machining operations, again meeting the needs of as various industries. <br/>
