Since ENOVIA’s inception in 1998, the role of CEO has been filled by Joel Lemke, who has also been General Manager for DS’ PLM Americas organization since 2003. The appointment of Mr. Romich, an accomplished software executive, to the strategic leadership of the ENOVIA brand will allow Mr. Lemke to focus on his executive role of building the PLM Americas team, and capitalize upon the significant growth opportunities in the Americas region.
“The ENOVIA product line, adopted by over 4,200 customers around the world, has seen tremendous growth since its inception in 1998 and is a critical component of the DS PLM offering. It is because of this success, and the importance of this area in the overall DS strategy, that Joel and I agreed that the time was right to expand our senior management team in this key area,” said Bernard Charlès, president & chief executive officer of Dassault Systèmes. “It is a testament to the strength of DS in this area and the overall PLM market that we were able to attract someone of Patrick’s caliber to join our executive team.”
