Dassault Systèmes Announces the completion of the acquisition of a 84% controlling interest in Realtime Technology AG

VÉLIZY-VILLACOUBLAY, France — January 14, 2014 — Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, world leader in 3D design software, 3D Digital Mock Up and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced the completion of the acquisition of a 84% controlling interest in Realtime Technology AG (“RTT”), initially announced on 5 December 2013, for approximately EUR 151 million.

RTT is the leading provider of professional high-end 3D visualization software, marketing solutions and computer generated imagery services, benefiting from the development of the fast-growing marketing automation market.
