CANADAIR RECEIVES FAA CERTIFICATION OF ITS GLOBAL EXPRESS PASSENGER AIRCRAFT DESIGNED USING SAFEWORK

Safework Inc. a subsidiary of Genicom Consultants Inc. is pleased to announce that Canadair has received FAA certification of its Global Express passenger aircraft design which incorporated Safework as its human modeling solution.

MONTREAL, March 25, 1998--The Safework system and its mannequins were used throughout the design process. Safework mannequins are well known for their accuracy in representing virtual human beings in various environments. The entire aircraft was digitally designed with virtual mock-ups and testing performed before the physical aircraft will be produced.

Safework's unique and powerful features, as well as its accuracy in human definition have made it the human model of choice in leading aerospace, automotive, military and industrial companies. The Safework system has over 103 anthropometric variables and 148 degrees of freedom.
