HANOI, Vietnam — August 20, 2025 - Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: FR0014003TT8, DSY.PA) partnered with the National Innovation Center of Vietnam (NIC) to host the Business Leaders Forum. Centered on advancing Vietnam’s semiconductor ecosystem, the event brought together 70 senior executives from the semiconductor, technology, government, and academic sectors to accelerate the country’s ambitions through digital innovation, workforce development, and strategic collaboration
Held at the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, the forum served as a strategic platform for multi-stakeholder dialogue on Vietnam’s ambition to achieve self-reliance in chip design, manufacturing, and testing by 2027, and to position itself as a key regional and global player. Discussions centered on advancing the semiconductor ecosystem through AI-driven innovation, addressing industry challenges, and leveraging scientific virtual twins. Other key topics included data-driven manufacturing and fab technology co-optimization (FTCO) and strategies for developing a future-ready workforce, with expert insights and regional case studies supporting the country’s global competitiveness.

Speakers included Dr. Vo Xuan Hoai, Vice Director of Vietnam’s National Innovation Center; Marie Keller, Acting Chargée d’Affaires, French Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Le Xuan Que, Chief Technology Officer of Viettel IDC (the data center and cloud services arm of Viettel Group); and Associate Professor Dr. Pham Xuan Mai, Senior Advisor for Research and Development at Kim Long Motor Hue. Senior executives from Dassault Systèmes’ offices in China, India, Japan, and Korea shared expert insights on fostering innovation ecosystems, driving technology adoption, and strengthening regional competitiveness.
