Altair Engineering and SmarTeam Corporation Partner to Deliver CAE Collaboration Solutions for PLM

Agreement brings powerful SMARTEAM data management toolset to Altair HyperWorks, delivering robust engineering process automation to customers

Troy, Mich., USA and Kfar Saba, Israel - April 2, 2003 - Altair Engineering Inc., a global leader in product design consulting, engineering software and high performance computing technology, announced today that it has signed an agreement with SmarTeam Corporation Ltd., a Dassault Systèmes company (Nasdaq: DASTY; Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA) and leading provider of innovative product lifecycle collaboration solutions, to develop direct integration between Altair® HyperWorks® CAE software suite and SMARTEAM® V5 business solutions to support enterprise product lifecycle management.
