Role Description & Responsibilities
Your specific responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Responsible to interpret the customer requirements and demonstrate the product value to define the appropriate methodology documentation (e.g.
   
• Understand the customer’s needs, challenge their process, and document the requirements
   
• Manage the initial positioning, creation of technical application usages and ensure accuracy of collateral provided to the customer
   
• Conduct or contribute to a proof of concept (if applicable)
   
• Support end-users on the use of solutions
   
• Liaise between client and technical team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised by client
   

• Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability
  
   

  
  Qualifications
   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
   
• Good understanding on Technology Implementation
   
• Knowledge in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or manufacturing environment is a plus
   
• DELMIA Quintiq Industry Knowledge is a plus
