Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage the software maintenance renewals in collaboration with the client executives and customers
- Prepare sales quotes and manage sales opportunities in collaboration with the client executives and customers
- Provide sales support and identify key materials to support client executive
- Manage license keys with collaboration of the Key Management Center and customer
- Manage the Customer data and ensure that it is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and deliver sales and forecast reporting
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or order administrative role within the software industry or a related field
- Experience in sales process and tools
- Experience in leading change and managing projects
- Working with Finance systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
