We are looking for a Sales Intern to support our DELMIA Sales Team in driving growth across the entire DELMIA solution portfolio. This internship is a great opportunity for a communicative and eager-to-learn individual who is enthusiastic about assisting team members with strategic account management and contributing to direct client engagements to support business development efforts.

The position is based in our Milano Segrate office and offers a 12-month internship with a 40-hour workweek.

Role Description & Responsibilities

Perform market analysis to identify and qualify prospective clients
Support outreach efforts through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn networking
Follow up with leads and help coordinate sales meetings
Maintain and organize sales-related materials, including templates for presentations and proposals
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and ongoing campaigns
Help with the planning and coordination of events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches
Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and assist with data analysis tasks

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues
Basic understanding of customer engagement, persuasion and negotiation techniques
Ability to analyze market trends and identify customer needs
Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in Italian
