As an Process & Ops transformation Specialist, You will be playing part in the overall GBS transformation strategy, by assisting the Development and Quality teams on Change Management, Quality assurance, Documentations, UAT testing and Reporting.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Adapting to the new transformational culture of building efficiency
- Experience in project lifecycle: From supporting Development team with requirement gathering, data analysis, post automation testing and QA
- Drive/ Track Change Management
- Coordinate with internal resources and with the relevant BPE’s and BPO’s for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Report status and track Project progress/ performance specifically to ensure successful completion of Projects/Activities
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Quality Assurance initiatives, FMEA, SOP revisions, Six Sigma projects, SOP validations (Preferred)
- Operations Excellence initiatives - Automation idea generation, change management, communication and reporting
You will be also involved in UAT related activities such as:
- Perform finance testing and document test scenarios
- Update test script documentation/Redactions
- Functional Validation
- Report issues, interact with IT and re test
- Report status
Qualifications:
- Duration of Contract: 11 months
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Skills: Fluent English
- Strong logical analytical and Time Management skills
- Critical thinking & Multitasking skills
- Problem solving approach- An eye for 5 why analysis
- Quality Methodology & Quality tools awareness- Corrective / Preventive actions, FMEA, Process maps
- Strong vocal and written communication (Document writing)
- Gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to find solutions and innovate to simplify user experience
- System testing, validation, User testing experience required
- Effective communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management
- Team player, collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of AI, Python, VBA is preferred.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience with large ERP implementations and/or usage;
- SAP knowledge as a super user (no IT knowledge required)
- Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)- Statistical Data Presentation skills required
