The position of Industry Process Consultant for Adoption is meant for mastering 3DEXPERIENCE platform product usage and articulating its overall value to Dassault Systèmes prospects.It also requires understanding and addressing the business needs of the customer from 3DEXPERIENCE applications, leading to maximizing customer satisfaction and securing a long-term relationship.To properly articulate the value, the industry process consultant will use documentation and storylines based on the customer model to give a solution based on identified challenges from the prospect and collaborating with Sales experts and other members of Dassault Systèmes internal ecosystem.

The Industry Process Consultant's mission is to reveal and demonstrate to customers how to increase their performance and accelerate the transition to digital continuity of data maximizing the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform product, leveraging Dassault systèmes platform Industry Processes and tools. The position is open for the IPC team based in the Barcelona office.

Missions

  • Gaining deep product comprehension of 3DEXPERIENCE solutions and related technologies.
  • Applying consulting techniques to assess client needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Interpreting technical requirements and translating them into actionable development tasks.
  • Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Defining technical requirements for software enhancements or integrations.
  • Creating business process models to streamline workflows.
  • Advising on efficiency improvements for both technical and operational processes.
  • Demonstrating software functionality to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Designing prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solutions.
  • Capitalizing on-field activities by documenting insights and best practices.
  • Gathering and providing feedback from customer use cases.
  • Collecting customer feedback on applications to drive continuous improvement.
  • Developing user documentation (guides, manuals, training materials) for seamless adoption.

Education: Bachelor of Sciences in engineering or similar experience. Strong industrial engineering background. 

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of CAD tools. Specifically CATIA for design and modelling. Also CATIA electrical basic concepts.
  • FEM software (SIMULIA) for simulation and analysis will be a valuable asset
  • Confidence in delivering Demos, Proofs of concept, and Technical solution consulting remotely and on customer site
  • Fluent French and english. Additional languages will be a strong advantage for the candidate given our global business
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Passionate about innovative technologies and digital tools
