Role Responsibility & Job Description:
- Ensure protection of Dassault Systèmes assets and revenue while at the same time protecting the relationship with the customer by finding mutual agreement to resolve the matter
- Establishing good rapport with cross functional teams, channel and legal partners while developing and achieve revenue sales target
- Formulate, consult and implement new initiatives with defined objectives
- Manage/support and coordinate the implementation of LC HQ-initiated programs
- Develop relationship with external program vendors
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by ASIA LC Manager
Qualifications:
- At least 11-15 years of relevant experience or a role which required a focus on analytical and investigative activities or sales related role as well as negotiation experience with customers
- Bachelor degree in any field and able to multi-task and organize workload
- Have extensive experience in the end-to-end activities of software license compliance program
- Have experience initiating and managing programs for software license compliance autonomously
- Have customer facing experience with strong negotiation skills
