Role Descriptions & Responsibilities

Our Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA Advocacy Marketing team has a part-time 6 month internship opportunity available in our Waltham, MA office.

As an intern for Dassault Systèmes’ ENOVIA User Advocacy Marketing team, you will learn and engage with 3DEXPERIENCE & ENOVIA solutions, our global community of users, our team of solution experts, and the key elements that drive their success.

You'll work with an awesome team of professionals to plan, deliver and report on ENOVIA User Community programs, activities, communications and events.

You'll be involved in diverse projects such as:

Creating memorable content to drive engagement in our communities and on social media
Assisting in the coordination, delivery and reporting of online and in-person events/meetings
Leading ENOVIA user community & Champions Program operations including membership profile & data management, reporting, and analysis

This is a paid part-time (24 hours/week) internship located at our Waltham, MA office, which will span from December 1, 2026 through May 30 with the possibility of extension into the summer.

Qualifications

Actively enrolled in year 4 of a Bachelor’s Degree Program or Year 1 or 2 of a Master’s Degree program with concentrations in any of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Business Analytics, Digital, Branding, or Strategy. Minimum GPA 3.1
Adept at and open to learning new software tools and platforms, including daily use of Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform and leading AI Solutions such as Claude, Grammarly and Jasper
Savvy with video and digital content creation with notable proficiency using leading tools e.g. CANVA, Camtasia, Adobe Premier and After Effects a plus
Highly skilled with MS Office software applications / MS Office (including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
Communication: able to deliver messages to varied audiences clearly and concisely; excellent English business writing and verbal skills
Thorough and excellent attention to detail, accuracy and timelines, including consistently adhering to ENOVIA Brand content guidelines and requirements
Flexible: comfortable to work on multiple activities and “switch gears” quickly as priorities change
Resourceful: confident to work independently, generating ideas and solutions, identifying resources, and proactively enlisting assistance from others
Leadership: comfortable taking a project from start to finish with open collaboration and validation checkpoints from the team
Decision-making: use of critical thinking skills to uncover root causes and propose meaningful resolutions
Creative: create memorable experiences to entice users to engage and recommend
Team player: thoughtful and reliable; thrives both working independently and with the team sharing deliverables in our shared 3DDrive for seamless, realt-time collaboration across the team
