International Purchasing Operations Intern

We are looking for an EMEAR Purchasing Operations Intern for a six-month internship within our Purchasing team. In this role, you will support purchasing operations across the EMEAR region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Russia), focusing on supplier registration, receiving processes, and related activities. You’ll contribute to efficient supplier lifecycle management and collaborate with several key business units to ensure seamless operations. The internship is based at our office in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to post-transaction stages, ensuring smooth operations.
• Act as a key contact for purchasing topics within assigned Business Units, addressing stakeholder needs.
• Assist with supplier registration, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve purchasing issues and maintain accurate records.
• Identify workflow improvements and support implementation to enhance efficiency.
• Work with regional purchasing teams to coordinate activities and apply purchasing policies consistently.
