Role description & Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer business challenges, operational workflows, and strategic goals.
- Lead discovery workshops and "day in the life" sessions to identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Develop pre-sales strategies highlighting both technical and business value propositions.
- Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase solution value.
- Support proposal development, ROI analysis, and responses to RFPs/RFIs, emphasizing DELMIA’s competitive advantage.
- Collaborate across sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong academic record with relevant coursework, internships, or projects in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry practices.
- Understanding of software/system implementation methodologies.
- Exposure to CAD/CAM/CAE tools (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) or other digital manufacturing software.
- Experience with industrial robotics simulation and programming is a plus.
