Job Description and Role Responsibilities
- Assist in leading procurement projects for all categories (professional service, HR, real estate, facilities, IT and Marketing), including demand analysis, sourcing strategy development, and execution.
- Participate in contract preparation, negotiation, and implementation, working alongside Legal to ensure compliant and effective agreements.
- Support supplier relationship management, including performance evaluation and business review coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement processes.
- Support regular communication and reporting with HQ procurement teams.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for professional use.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in indirect procurement.
- Has experience in performing RFx and contract negotiations.
- Open to feedback and able to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive approach, positive demeanor, and strong problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Procurement experience within a multinational or complex organizational structure.
- Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and process optimization.
- Basic hard skills as Sourcing (collect data to perform RFP, execute and close RFP, contract negotiation)
- Basic data analysis skills to support procurement decision-making.
- Have studied or lived in overseas.
