Our European Cloud Inside Sales Team is looking for an Industry Business Consultant. We are looking to fill this role in Barcelona, Spain but as a European Company we could consider other European Dassault Systèmes Office locations.
The Challenge Ahead:
As an Industry Business Consultant, you will support sales performance by providing valuable guidance to online clients, allowing them to map the transformation of their business and reach their objectives.
Missions
- Reveal value for clients by identifying business drivers, objectives and expected benefits
- Articulate value by defining customer’s business changes, identifying the impacted processes, defining performance indicators and building a business case
- Define how to capture and expose key performance indicators (KPIs) and initialize monitoring of the value during delivery
- Capitalize on realized value and KPIs during post-implementation stage
- Establish credibility with executives within DS and Client eco-systems to drive full value achievement
- Influence decision makers within customer’s ecosystem
- Support value based sales within Hub organization, empower the Inside Sales Team to define a Customer Value Roadmap
- Capitalize on deliverables and value creations, publish posts, answer questions, participate in weekly and monthly calls
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales role with an emphasis in business transformation, change management, or linking operating models, business models and digital technologies
- Experience in consulting and delivering strategy and operations projects with an emphasis in business transformation and change management, linking operating models, business models and digital technologies.
- Experience with any Dassault Systèmes Products highly preferred (SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, etc.) or similar PLM Software/Product Portfolio
- Business Language fluency of French is a must coupled with effective Communication Skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand, analyze, and discuss customer needs and appropriate products
- Effective Relationship Building Skills
