Job Description & Roles Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for the DELMIA brand
Identify and engage with prospects in Digital Manufacturing, MES, and SCM domains
Analyze customer challenges in manufacturing and supply chain operations and propose tailored solutions
Articulate the value of Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform to clients
Collaborate with internal technical and consulting teams to craft compelling proposals
Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue to meet targets
Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to generate market insights

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of sales experience in manufacturing-related solutions (Preferably in Digital Manufacturing, MES, or SCM)
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to simplify complex solutions
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Fluent in Korean and English (Global communication skills preferred)
Strong B2B sales and account management skills
