Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Support 3DEXPERIENCE/SOLIDWORKS SaaS implementation.
- Develop webinar contents to drive successful customer onboarding and platform adoption.
- Leverage our portfolio to re-engineer customer workflows and accelerate digital business transformation.
- Master 3DEXPERIENCE platform to align product capabilities with customer business needs.
- Contribute to increased deal size and contract closure through the execution of strategic pre-sales activities.
- Articulate business value with specific KPIs and KVIs to drive customer engagement to all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related major.
- Maximum 4 years’ experience in 3D product modeling or design, fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
- Deep understanding in CAD/CAE data management.
- Fluent in English and one ASEAN language (Malay, Vietnamese, Thai).
- Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and within complex organizations.
